RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of the order’s FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT date.
In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been labelled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description.
These are usually seasonal or customizable items for which we are unable to accept returns.
Arkte reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style.
Store credit (voucher) can be used on a future order within 1 year of the return.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted and will be completed approximately within 8-10 business days. Refunds will be remitted to the bank account prescribed by the customer.
In case you choose to return your order, you will be burdened with the shipping cost.
In case your order is returning from outside the EU, you will be additionally burdened with any other fees, duties and taxes imposed by customs authorities.
Important notice: We do not accept returns sent with Hellenic Post (ELTA), because items are often lost or seriously delayed.

The following methods of payment are accepted:
1. CASH ON DELIVERY
Paying cash on delivery is free of charge and is available only in Greece.. Payment will be collected at the time of delivery by the driver. Please ensure that someone will be present between 9 am and 5 pm to sign and pay for the delivery.
2. BANK TRANSFER
Your payments must be addressed to the following bank account:

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please reference your name in your payment to avoid delays. Also note that your order will be processed as soon as your payment is cleared, which might take up to 2 working days depending on bank procedure. Alternatively, you can send your payment confirmation to email@example.com for immediate processing of your order.
BANK WIRE TRANSFERS MUST GO THROUGH WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE ORDER. If no payment has gone through within that time period, the order will be cancelled without prior notice.
